The Administration Team coordinates and supports the work of the functional teams in the Resource Services operations. Personnel, budget, book fund management, and administration concerns are handled here. Coordination of team interactions and RS-wide communication, as well as communication with the library divisions as customers, are primary responsibilities.

Resource Services undertakes its deliberations and shares information through its Management Team, consisting of each of the RS Team Leaders, and Flo Wilson, Associate University Librarian.
