PRESENT: Flo Wilson, Jody Combs, Zora Breeding, Roberta Winjum, Pat Johnson, Mary Ellen Wilson, Sue Davis, Peggy Earheart.

ANNUAL REVIEWS: It is up to each team leader to pick which form to use, but the whole team needs to use the same one. Management team needs to use the Supervisor form. Staff must have their reviews to team leaders by March 1^st. Team reviews to Roberta/Flo by March 22^nd. Meetings with Roberta/Flo start March 25^th and all reviews have to be Library Admin. By March 31^st. Use the evaluation dates of February 1^st – January 31^st. Team leaders will tell each team that they nominate for a merit salary proposal. Independent nominations may go to either/or team leader, Roberta, or Flo.

TLA CONFERENCE: The TLA Conference is in Nashville this year. We may be able to give some compensation to staff. Team Leaders are to find out how many are interested in going and let Flo know.

TELECOMMUTING POLICY: There was a question asked regarding what to do with the form once it was filled out, and the answer is to send it to Lisa Shipman in Library Personnel Office. If you need help in filling out this form, Roberta would be glad to help you.

TEAM MEETING: The next meeting will be on February 12^th at 10:30 in Baker Conference Room. We will discuss each teams "Projects" for the next year. Please send a copy to each Management Team member.
