MANAGEMENT MEETING 10/1/02

PRESENT: Flo Wilson, Sue Davis, Zora Breeding, Peggy Earheart, Mary Ellen Wilson, Roberta Winjum, Jody Combs, Pat Johnson.

EQUIPMENT NEEDS: Flo requested that everyone check with their staff regarding the Team’s equipment needs for this year. Please send the list to her by Friday, October 4^th.

BUDGET: There was a discussion of different ways for RS to cut costs and look at other area for savings. Pat will be cutting a telephone audit, to check for accuracy of billing.

TRAVEL: For the fiscal year 2002/2003, we discussed several options on how to disburse the travel funds and came up with the following. Your first trip will be 100%, second trip 75% and for three or more trips there will no reimbursement. If you have other options, please contact your Team Leader.

TEAM MEETING: The next meeting will be on November 5^th at 10:30 in the Baker Conference Room.
