* Generate only one checkin box at a time. Sirsi will predict correctly with a receipt cycle type of 2 years, but will not know that the next issue is to be called 1998. Both the numeration and "name" will have to be edited each time an issue is received in order to correctly produce the next checkin record.

** Set up 1996 in the 1st level of numeration without a label and 1997 in the 2nd level of numeration using a - or / as the label. Position of future checkin should be 1 and future checkin name should be 1996-1997 or 1996/1997. Holdings should always be represented by a / between the years, not a dash. Both the numeration and "name" will have to be edited each time an issue is received in order to correctly produce the next checkin record.
