If you receive an error message or WorkFlows closes while attempting to view a record that has a large number of item records or when viewing a user's record with a large number of checkouts, it may help to change the max response size setting on your workstation. Follow the steps below to make this change.
From the Menu Bar in WorkFlows, click on Preference, select Desktop, and then click on Desktop Setup.
In the popup window that appears (see below), use the gadget to set the number to the max size allowed, which is 5000000, click OK and click OK again.
Reminder that if you are making this change on a workstation running Deep Freeze, you must first thaw the machine, and then make your changes
