Workflows GL 3.1: Screen Resolution

The WorkFlows GL 3.1 Java client was designed for a screen resolution of 1024 x 768. It is suggested that you switch to this resolution for greater productivity. At the 800 x 600 resolution, you will find that areas of some screens cannot be resized and the amount of information displayed on a screen is significantly reduced. To change you screen resolution from 800 x 600 to 1024 x 768, do the following:

1. Right click on your desktop
2. Click Properties
3. Click Settings tab
4. Click and drag the screen resolution slider one notch to the right
5. Click Apply
6. Click OK

If you notice problems viewing other applications at the 1024 x 768 resolution you can do any of the following:

• Change Windows font size
  1. Right click on your desktop
  2. Click Properties
  3. Click Appearance tab
  4. Select large fonts or extra large fonts as the font size
  5. Click Apply
  6. Click OK
• Change Workflows font size (for menu text or window text or both)
  1. Click Preference
  2. Click Desktop
  3. Click Font Settings
  4. Click the Customize font gadget
  5. Select a large font size
  6. Click OK
  7. Click OK
