problems encountered in placing a particular activity in a clearly appropriate
task

Record, on the back of data-recording sheets, any
suggestions or comments you may have about the project
·
Summarize the time for the whole week by completing
a Summary Data Sheet
·
Submit all data sheets to your division director
·
Division directors will deliver sheets to OUL for
tabulation
