Collection Development Advisory Group
Purpose of the Group:
- To discuss collection development issues of importance to the
Heard Library system.
- To stay informed about the current state of database licensing
agreements, consortial agreements, and methods of access.
- To understand the various features of
leading vendor search engines.
To offer advice to the University Librarian and Library Management
Council on database access and subscriptions of interest
to the Heard Library system; to provide on-going evaluations of current
database subscriptions.
