
Committee on Instruction and Faculty Development
Purpose of the Committee:
- To recommend the design and development of a program for faculty, students,
and staff that will facilitate their awareness and use of information and
instructional technology in teaching and learning.
- To develop specific workshops and training sessions directed toward
individual user populations.
- To develop specific training and instructional materials that support
the exploration and use of instructional technology.
- To identify, both within and without the library, resource persons and
instructors who will teach in the program.
- To advise on matters relating to instruction of user groups.
- To develop an inventory to identify and facilitate access to instructional resources
outside the library in support of faculty teaching.
