The upgrade of the Acorn server to U2001 and the rebuild of headings and indexes has been set for Dec. 28-Jan. 1. Searching will be available during this time since we can switch to the alternate server, but no creating, editing or deleting of any types of bibliographic records will be possible. CIRCULATION WILL BE AVAILABLE during this time. The upgrade will begin after the last libraries close at 8:00 pm on Dec. 28, and it is projected that the production server will be available (with finished upgrade and rebuild headings) on Monday, Dec. 31. A client upgrade is necessary on Dec. 31. More details of that procedure will be available early in December.
