LITS plans to upgrade Acorn to Unicorn 2003.1.4.0 beginning Sunday, February 20th at 11:59 pm and finishing by Monday, February 21st, no later than 7:00 am. This upgrade will NOT require a reindexing but WILL require an upgrade of the client. As in the past, the client will automatically be upgraded for staff on the Heard Library network when they launch Workflows from their NAL windows on Monday. Staff in the Eskind, Law and Walker Libraries should consult their local technology support staff for instructions on upgrading their Workflows client software. Reports should finish by 9:00 on Monday morning.

From 11:59 on the 20th to 7:00am on the 21st, Webcat will be available for searching only. No transactions via Workflows or Webcat will be possible during this time. This means that items will not be able to circulate and patrons will not be able to modify their accounts or renew materials. Information concerning the upgrade will be available to patrons on the account login screen.
