1. RIP INVD-ing plans (Zora, 15 min.)

Jeff and Bryan to send list of barcodes and call numbers to Peg and get started on 30/week

2. TS open house plans (Roberta, 15 min.)

Try to schedule open houses in GLB and Baker in early Oct.

Sign up sheets with each team for areas to be described in more detail to interested staff. Teams to develop and bring to next TechForce meeting

3. Rush Processing Task Force (30 min.)

List of ideas and questions already developed

4. Preservation backlog (Sue/Roberta, 10 min.)

Plan to create "Permanent Backups" from OS and CAT to assist when backlogs develop

Need future task force to study Preservation workflow; not until team is more current with work

5. Circ flag and ITTF (Zora, 15 min.)

Circ Flag doesn't change automatically for Ref locations to make them non-circ. Needs to be addressed because of new spine labeling procedures.
