The most common resource that may come with an electronic password is an individual textbook. We have also seen electronic bulletins with a requirement that a user set up an account online using an individual password.
The decision has been made (by John Haar, in the case of Central and Science textbooks and by Sharon Weiner in the case of the electronic bulletin), that we will not set up the electronic access.
For textbooks, treat as a regular book. Detach the electronic password and send it separately to the associated bibliographer.
