Addition of call nos. and notes to holdings records (ongoing since conversion)
Cleanup of Obsv holdings (1/2004):
Holdings on serial/set records need editing to reflect actual locations
of items in Science stacks, Annex or Astronomy. All titles with location
"Astronomy" to be withdrawn.
