SEARCHING SERIES IN ACORN

Different indexes in ACORN present series in different ways.

1.Browsing the SERIES index by series title displays the series title and number in a numerical sort:

GEOGRAPHY RESEARCH PAPER CHICAGO ILL 216
GEOGRAPHY RESEARCH PAPER CHICAGO ILL 217-218

2. Searching the TITLE index displays monographic titles in the series, in REVERSE chronological order-- most recent first. The serial/set bibliographic record (if there is one) will also be retrieved at the END of the sort.
