The following are links to Technical Service's updated procedures for handling materials of various levels of priority through Technical Services.

Overview

TS Procedures:

Level 1 priority - one of the goals of this level of processing is to allow TS staff to send materials directly to the library's circulation desk uncataloged, when a patron has requested the material for checkout.

Patron Requests submitted to TS Rush Mailboxes (effective Aug 29th, 2005)

Patron Requests sent to library uncataloged

Level 2 priority

Level 3 priority

Level 1, 2, 3 Flags

952 document (notes entered in Bib record to designate priority of material)
