Use Marking computer for access to labeling printer.

•Login into spine labeling utility software.
•Use a barcode scanner to scan barcode of each DVD, Video, CD-ROM into the system.
•Click "Done" when scanning completed.
•Print out the labels, and cut and remove length of completed labels.
•Insert finished row of labels into the first & last item of each row on truck.
•Click "Back" button on computer.
•Click "Clear out barcodes" on computer.

At personal workstation, complete the process.

•Cut row of labels into individual labels with label cutter tool.
•Remove DVD, video cassette, or CD from its container.
•Place label on box with marker. NOTE: All Central DVD and Video labels goes on the spine.
•Put DVD, video cassette, or CD back inside the box.
•If DVD orVideo has two boxes, label both boxes.
•Discharge from Acorn.
•Deliver to the correct address in GLB.
•If Sci., Mngt., Pbdy., Music, pack in padded envelop for shipping.
