WorkFlows Keyboard Commands

 
<Enter> If you have several buttons at the bottom of the screen, using the <Enter> key is the same as if you've clicked on the far left button.
<Alt + Number> If you have more than one button at the bottom of your screen, hitting the <Alt> key plus the number that you see on the button is the same as clicking on the button. ("Next Step" key must be enabled - under Preferences/Desktop/Windows)
<Alt + Letter> Used to activate pulldown commands, located at the top of the screen.
<Letter> Used to select a command from the pulldown command.
<Esc> Takes you out of a pulldown command.
<Tab> Used to move between fields from left to right.
<Shift + Tab > Used to move between fields from right to left.
<Down arrow> In fields with a down arrow or gadget next to them, allows you to access the scroll list.
Once you've done that, you can use the down arrow or the up arrow to move within the list. Use <Enter> to make your selection.
<Page Up> Used to scroll up (as long as screen is "activated")
<Page Down> Used to scroll down (as long as screen is "activated")
<F2> Used to move forward between tabs
<F3> Used to move backward between tabs.
<Ctrl + B> Used to insert an entry before a field (like in Extended Info in an order record)
<Ctrl + A> Used to insert an entry after a field (like in Extended Info in an order record)
<Ctrl + D> Used to delete a field (like in Extended info in an order record)


You MUST use the mouse on:

1) Helpers
2) Raised boxes (like Display Options on Order Tab of Display Item)
3) Glossaries
4) Moving between two open windows in Workflows, or "activating" an open window in Workflows.
