TS Order/Processing Priorities

Level 1:

This group includes those materials that are of a very high priority. These materials are ordered immediately, using the most expeditious means. This group includes, but is not strictly limited to:

• Patron Requests
• SuperRush (Leisure Reading Collection)
• RUSH
• Reserves

 

Level 2:

This group consists of those materials that are high priority to the Library, but are not needed as urgently as Level I. This group includes, but is not strictly limited to:

• Leisure Reading Collection (not designated SuperRush)
• Reference
• Any other materials designated "Level 2"
  

Level 3:

This category consists of Routine/Standard materials not requiring priority processing. As Technical Services is not currently sending materials to the Inventory, materials at this level of processing will be processed as expeditiously as possible.
