Group Mailboxes in Technical Services

Technical Services is now using Mulberry group mailboxes to provide better response to RUSH requests, recalls and other needs for materials or services in the Technical Services work areas. Some mailboxes previously existed in Pegasus, but some are new creations. TS staff will check these boxes frequently and respond
promptly. Please use the following group mailboxes for your acquisition, cataloging, and preservation needs.

TIP: A request sent by clicking on the Rush Request button in Acorn will automatically go to the correct mailbox. In other cases, the Acorn location will provide a
clue where to send your request.

ON-ORDER = item has been ordered, not yet received,
VERIFICATION = in Order Services, Baker Building (or may be in transit from book vendor)
BAKER-HOLD = in Order Services, Baker Building
IN-PROCESS = in Cataloging or Marking area of TS/GLB
AT BINDERY = at the bindery; in the midst of going to or coming
back from the bindery
BK REPAIR = repair lab in GLB
