Implement the following procedure carefully and accurately at least once each day. Remember that power napping is endorsed by corporate CEOs around the globe, OSHA, CDC, WHO, mothers, all persons over 50, and the President of the United States.
Steps to Successful Power Napping:
1. Find a comfy spot with:
--soft cushions, but firm support
--dim lighting
--no noise
--no other people around
2. Gently stretch out limbs and yawn deeply.
3. Lie down and cover with favorite blanky.
4. Close eyes.
5. Visualize a perfect place away from stress.
6. Relax muscles gradually starting with the feet.
7. Go to sleep.
8. Awake 30-45 minutes later refreshed.
9. Repeat if necessary.
