Staff Development Coordinating Committee


Purpose of the Committee:
  1. To coordinate the review of issues and identify needs related to training and development of library staff.
  2. To coordinate the evaluation of currently-offered training classes and programs.
  3. To coordinate the identification of available alternatives for training both on and off campus.
  4. To coordinate the development of library career track training and development.
  5. To coordinate opportunities for staff participation in training and recognition for training efforts.
