"Into the Future," a program dealing with preservation of electronic materials was planned. Sue Davis agreed to lead the program with assistance from Sara Harwell and Marshall Breeding.

NT training continued with Science and Resource Services completed. Only Central is left and will be completed by the end of March. Suellen agreed to pursue a post conversion meeting of the coordinators to critique the conversion and celebrate its completion.

Suellen reported that, since NT conversion is nearly completed, the LTT is considering resumption of technology training. Considerable discussion of this training followed and the committee determined that its responsibility is to point out what is available and the LMC will decide what the library can support. The committee and LTT can make a joint proposal to the LMC. In the meanwhile committee members will continue to pursue commercial vendors.

Gail mentioned a need to update the Library Glossary and perhaps put it on the Web. The committee decided to accept this as a project. The committee continued to work on the awards program, technology training issues, and the core curriculum.
